Located since 1996 in a zone with poor or noexistent industrial acvities, away from ecological risk that might come up because of polluting agents, the establishment includes features which increase its potential for a fruit free of malignant factors, and the region maintains a low level of pests as well (these lands are about to be officially declared free of Mediterranean Fruit Fly).

In addition, the great thermal amplitude during the day combines with extensive hours of sun light (typical in these southern regions) and both consolidate an important base in order to achieve the exceptional sweetness of the cherries grown al Las Bardas.

Las Bardas constant effort towards a purer, sweeter cherry is revealed in the quality certification extended by IRAM under EUREGAP 2004´s standards. The unbeatable flavour of these cherries honours the farm and rewards its care while complying with the most demanding aims in pureness and quality.
